KOKOLTA
HI, HAL.
MY NAME IS TORAL MEHTA. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT THERE ARE ORGANISATIONS WHO BELIEVE IN HELPING OTHERS. SINCE CHILDHOOD I HAD A FEELING THAT I AM BORN TO HELP OTHERS. I DO HELP OTHERS BUT I DONOT LIKE TO SAY. IT IS OUR DUTY TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED. IN INDIA, THERE ARE MANY POOR PEOPLE, MY HEART BLEEDS TO SEE THEM IN PAIN. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TAUGHT TO HELP OTHERS. LET ME, WRITE SOME THING TO SAY ABOUT IT. EVERY DAY I DRINK COCNUT WATER, THE MAN IS VERY POOR, HE HAS TWO CHILDREN. HE WEAR TORN CLOTHES, AND HEARDLY EARNS FOOD IN A DAY. I GIVE HIM FOOD EVERY DAY TO EAT, HE COMES WITH HIS SMALL PROBLEMS AND I RECTIFY THEM. THERE IS A ONE SUCH INCIDENT, WHICH MY PARENTS DONOT KNOW. A OLD LADY OF 80 YEARS, IS A HAWKER, SHE CARRIES VESSELS, PLASTIC WEARS TO SELL. ONE DAY THERE WAS NO ONE IN HOUSE, I GAVE HER SOME MONEY , AND FOOD TO EAT AND MY OLD CLOTHES TO COVER HER BODY. I FELT SO BAD WHEN I HEARD HER STORY, HER SON IS DEAD LEAVING SMALL THREE CHILDREN, SHE HARDLY EARNS A PIE TO FILL THEIR STOMACH. NOW WHENEVER SHE COMES, I GIVE HER WHAT EVER I CAN. HER SMILE AND TWINKLE IN HER EYES SATISFIES ME. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW PLEASED SHE WAS TO GET FOOD FOR LITTLE KIDS. HAL, I AM NOT A RICH GIRL, BUT I PREFER DOING WHAT EVERI CAN. WHENEVER I HAVE MONEY IN MY POCKETS, I PAY POOR PEOPLE MORE THNE THEY ASK FOR GOODS, I GIVE THEM MORE, AND THIS GIVES ME DELIGHT. HAL, I WANT TO STUDY ABROAD, SO WHEN I COME BACK TO MY COUNTRY, I CAN HELP OTHERS WHO NEED ASSISTANCE.
HAL, I WANT OTHERS ALSO TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED, WE HAVE SO MUCH, AND GIVING A SMALL PART OF IT DOES NOT MAKE DIFFERENCE. I HOPE MORE PEOPLE COME FORWARD TO HELP, AND ONE DAY THIS WORLD WOULD BE A HAPPY PLACE. IN ALL THESE WORK , MY PARENTS HAVE HELPED ME. I WISH EVERY ONE TO HAVE GOOD LIFE. WE ALL HAVE RIGHT TO IT. READING ABOUT YOU, IS GREAT, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HELPING THE POOR AND NEEDY PEOPLE. WE NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

My mother was just like Hal Reichle, she passed away in '01 and I think this is a good way to carry on her memory. She passed away at 78 years of age, but she being not only my mother but also best friend, I miss her everyday! My life memories are filled with good deeds that she did for others!!

Last semester in one of my classes, I saw a boy that I always had in my classes. Nobody sits next to him or speaks to him. He always sits in the front at one corner. One day in class, I decided to sit next to him and ask his name. He told me that his name is Michale. We talked for awhile. For that day, I always say to him and he always smiles back. It made me feel good to know that I put a smile on his face.

I went through a car wash. I told the attendant to let me pay for the car behind me. I gave the attendant a Reichle card and $10.00. I hope it is OK, for I didn't know the person in the car behind me, but she was very cute. Don't worry, even if she was not cute, I would have done it anyway. It was fun.

A great site where one can enjoy the thought of a great mind long departed. Cheers for the good work!

Hallo,
I'm impressed by the idea you're living. I found the SSSH in a German newspaper.

I used a SSSSH card to buy a meal for a lonely old man in a restaurant. He was sitting by himself. I told the waiter what to do and gave him a SSSSH card. I left before I saw what happened. I feel good. This is nice.

I used one of your cards to buy a movie ticket for a guy I saw going to the movies alone. I bought a $10 gift certificate at the box office and handed it to this guy with a SSSSH card as he walked into the theater. Before he could read everything and know what happened I was in the theater in my seat. I smiled through the whole movie. I got this idea from your site.

I want to tell you, that what you are doing is so great. It was very emotional to read this homepage and I had tears in my eyes. I`m so glad that there are still people in the world, who have so much joy, faith and truth in there hearts. I did a lot of good deed for people as well, but only for people who I know. I know that this doesn`t count for you. But I still think that they were good things to do. I feel so well to do good deeds to people. After I have read your homepage I understood how important it is to do good things to people who are anonymous. I will do this in future. Because there is nothing better to see a smile in people faces.

Hi. Good site. It would be desirable to return again and again!

Hey, Site was very interesting for me. I wish you and your site everything best!
July 2006
My name is Peggy XXXX (Detorit, Michigan) and I know this may sound selfish, but I have done a lot of community service to help people. During High School, I was required to do 60 hours of community service. However, at graduation I received the St. Vincent De Paul service award for doing the most hours; I did about 90 or more hours. I mainly volunteered at Cross Rods Soup Kitchen in Detroit, MI. I still go there to help when I get the chance. I have also volunteered with Mercy Education Project for girls sorting papers. I believe going every Sunday to the only soup kitchen open on Sundays and giving your time is most important to our communities. I think community Service is the greatest thing anyone one can do. My teacher, who also happens to be the manager of Cross Roads Soup Kitchen, said giving back is best and she was very proud of me for I had done every week. My friends were even surprised to what I was doing for these people every week and I didn't get money for it, but I believe that look of grace and thankfulness is plenty for me. Thanks for taking your time to read this.
While going through the car wash, I asked the attendant to give the car behind me a free wash. I gave the attendant the money and a SSSSH card to give to the driver. It was fun! I quickly drove away after my wash so the car behind me would not know who I was.
August 2006
I was in line at the movies. I bought a gift certificate for $10 and added a SSSSH card to it. After I purchased my movie tickets, I arbitrarily picked one in the middle of the tine for tickets handing them the gift certificate and SSSSH card. I then quickly walked away into the theater while they were reading the SSSSH card and trying to figure pout what just happened to them.
West Africa
i wanna join you but i do't understand the guidelines and i will like to know futher i once come to cafe so i will like to recieve a postal issue ve comm. secondaryshool p.o.box ve koloenu.
I read an article about you activities. As a Freemason I would like to join in on your quest to spread happiness
around the world in secret. Giving in secret has a reward in its self that you know deep inside; your soul will
weigh that little bit heavier with goodness. I will mention SSSSH at the next Lodge meeting and hope it will
inspire other brothers to follow your fine example, which I am sure they will. I hope it is ok to put our
compass and square icon on the cards. Thanks Dave T.
September 2006
Today as I was walking through the parking lot at Hiram College I found a car that had a parking ticket under the windshield wiper. So I took a look a ticket and saw how much the ticket was for and went back my dorm and got an envelope, money, and a SSSSH card. I put the money and the card in the envelope and left it with the ticket under the windshield wiper.
I was at a gas-station with my husband. Someone told me that he was in a big mess. He needed to go to
Berlin and did not have any money. I gave him 1o Euro and wished him a good journey.
During the summer, my neighbors were going on vacation. They said they would be gone for two weeks. After a week, their grass was long and it worsened the appearance of their house. So one day I decided to cut their grass for them. When they got back they discovered that their lawn was cut but did not know who did it.
Dear Roger,
I performed my anonymous good deed on Thursday night. I went to Jacobs Field for the Indians game against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. It was dollar hot dog night for college students. There was a couple behind me. I decided to buy them food. I bought 4 hot dogs for them and gave the clerk my Reichle card. I nonchalantly walked away. I told the clerk to wait until they were finished ordering to hand them the card. This helped give me time to escape.
I left cookies outside the door of a student who I knew was stressed over a paper.
I did two good deeds after reading about SSSSH. My first deed was painting my next door neighbors garage
without them knowing. My second did was putting gas in my mothers car without her knowing.
I am a student of Hiram College. I've been noticing over the past few weeks how hard the ladies in the
housekeeping department are working. They do a consistently thorough job. So I decided to attach a nice tip
to a ssssh card and place it behind the back of a trash can. So when the housekeepers take the trash bag out
they will discover a nice tip. I hope this brightened someone's day.
Germany
Having a book with my, the SSSSH-card attached -"GESCHENK" (the German word for present) written on it- I
saw a guy sitting in front of his computer near the window. Waiting and observing him till he got of the
chair and walked into the next room, I ran over, placed the book on the window-sill, knocked at the glass
a few times, and ran away. He found it, stepped outside, looked around, "sorry mate - u will never know...
hehe. Hope u enjoy reading it (it was a funny story book)"
Germany
I will become a new member of this wonderful idea!!
When I copied the card I m going to use I remarked some grammar errors in German. Maybe you could change them?
The correct Text would be Sie sind Empfänger einer anonymen guten Tat.
(Bitte Karte umdrehen.) thak you for having this fantastic idea of getting a better world
I was at a restaurant and the couple next to our table didn't have enough money to pay for their meal, so I decided to help pay for the portion they didn't have. Helping people is one of the best feelings anyone could ever have because we enjoy seeing people giving their thanks to us.
I went to a local Pizza Parlor and paid someone’s delivery bill, and had them deliver a card instead of their
bill.
I left a large tip to a waitress that was having a bad night and left a ssssh card.

hi! i would like to do more "good-deed"s and do them more professional. how about making some international
versions of this ssssh!-page? i think it would be a good idea to have those ssssh!-cards in other languages as well.
cu!
Dear people behind SSSSH,
my name is Wiebke Sauk - I work for the German radio station "motor fm" and a web-paper called "netzeitung".
Recently I caught up your name and issue in the magazine "neon". So I know, that it is possible to get an interview!
I would love to get the same chance to tell people in berlin of your idea. You have the form with my data - please
call or email me, if there is the possibility of a short phoner maybe next week.
I bought a bike for a kid I see riding to school. I locked it up next to his old bike, and left a SSSSH card and a note
with the combination to the bike lock. I don't know how he got both bikes home from school today, but I drove
by the school bike rack tonight and both bikes were gone!! I'm very excited because this was my first SSSSH!
I volunteer helping for meals on wheels. Whitch is an organization that helps the elderly get the proper nutrition
they need. I have also helped withe the Canby relay for life, whitch is an all night walk. You walk to support cancer
survivors and people who have died from it. My aunt died of cancer, and I think that was the most touching thing.
Just to go out and support life. I am interested in medical and would love to help people every day!
